Hmm the corrections do seem a bit too picky but those parts are easy to fix up. I'm not sure what his sketch of the pose looked like before but I would've made the toes funnier and wider. Seems like his long nails are the key point of the pose. But as I said I don't know the purpose of that image so I can't say what he's looking for.
